The vibrating mould machinery 1021 is a CE marked machine for forming concrete products with adjustable heights of from 60 to 300 mm.

It is fully automatic and self-propelled on steel wheels covered with an "adiprene" rubber layer. It can work on concrete track or on a steel plate. Working directly on the track makes it possible to produce those products, such as curb stones, that physically can't be formed on steel plate because of obvious support problems during the shake-out phase.

Since the machine can be advanced at twice the working speed, rapid changes of position can be accomplished during the movement and transfer along the track.
The range of applicable moulds is practically infinite and allows for the production of as many different products.

Important features

ü a hopper for concrete dosing, with two sensors: one inside to check for the presence of concrete, one outside for checking the quantity of material to be stored in the feeder;

ü a mobile feeder for mould filling with a grid with alternating, symmetrical movement;

ü a sliding steel plate to support the products during the forming phase;

ü six mechanical vibrators, with adjustable rotating weights, driven by means of electrical motors, four on the outside of the mould and two on the upper part of the pressing stripper;

ü a stripper/ back draft to press and shake-out the concrete products;

ü a steel frame consisting of two parts one fixed and one mobile, driven by hydraulic jacks, for height adjustments;

ü a drive unit with gear motor for advancement;

ü a drive unit with gear motor for translation;

ü a hydraulic unit for single and double effect jack movement with cooling circuit with air/oil exchanger and thermostat;

ü an electromechanical-hydraulic automation system with cams to manage the production phases;

ü an electrical main board;

ü a driving board, in low tension (24 V AC), mounted on a traversing arm easily accessible from the driving platform;

ü grids, protection bonnets and front bar for obstacle sensing, connected to the machine's protection circuit through safety switches with forced breaking of contact normally opened.
