The vibrating mould machinery 1012 is a CE marked machine for forming concrete products with a fixed height of 200 mm.

It is fully automatic and self-propelled on steel wheels covered with an "adiprene" rubber layer, and works on a steel plate. This solution is superior to working directly on the track because working on steel plate gives the product both a finer finish and greater strength and avoids product sticking to the track.

Since the machine can be advanced at twice the working speed, rapid changes of position can be accomplished during the movement and transfer along the track.

Moulds can be installed for concrete products with a fixed height of 200 mm and products can only be formed on steel plate.
